It means "The cake that swallows sorrow".
The book is written by the Canadian author Maryse Dubuc for the children's market and can be bought for around eight dollars from any bookseller website in Canada.
It is about a grand-mother who tells her grand-daughter how to overcome life's difficulties and sorrows and gives her a "secret recipe" to do so.
